C&D Custom Builders work closely with several architects and residential designers, matching the best professional to our client. Our company can provide expert interior designers on Nantucket or from your recommendation.

All engineering and permitting is processed through qualified personnel at C&D Custom Builders. This can include the Historic District Commission (HDC), Conservation Commission, Zoning Board and the Planning Board, all of which must be satisfied before the building permit can be issued.
